ANY RETURNS OUTSIDE OF CONFIRMED ORDERS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO THE ABOVE POLICY AND WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY WILL BE MADE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS AND DECIDED AT THE COMPANY’S DISCRETION.
